this year ross and i decide to look after our fig tree for the first time in the 5 years we've been living here. traditionally all of our delicious figs go to the birds. 

during a big summer clean (we're usually a little late to everything) we found an old mosquito net we used to have over our bed (we needed a net was we were living in a shed, but thats a whole different story) and stretched it over the fig tree. hey presto late summer organic fresh figs bursting open in all their glory. yummmmmmm
